“The warmth of a hand letting go”

Jamuary 2026 - Percussive Volca Bass and Volca FM with NTS-1 Ping pong effect

Love the Volca Bass, it sounds like a sort of percussion with the filter cutoff wound down.

Had some fun with the KO2 and a Pocket Operator 14 (“sub”) today.

Ambient track here. iOS app Bloom 10 Worlds through Boss SL-2 Slicer, some delay and reverb added in post as well as flipping one side in reverse so if you listen on headphones or sit between the speakers you will hear different things happening on each side.

One of my goals of this Jamuary is to prepare/do my jams in a limited amount of time. Today I failed miserably in that respect, but at least I had some fun creating this.
In the end some technical issues and after that me being unhappy with the balance in the mix made me redo the jam a handful of times before I recorded this one.

Getting into the weird stuff now in 13/8 time.

While short on time today I still had a great session. Booting up the Yamaha DX Reface with some Bladerunner patches was the right trigger to go all out right away.
Added some Roland System1M, Modal Craftsynth and Skulpt, Behringer Deepmind 12 and a kick from the good ol’ mc505

Letting go a hand - resonated and ended in a very soft jam on my Korg SV2 with loads of reverb. Nothing else. Soft, dreamy, save. Able to let go.

Another Analogue Pocket jam since I was mostly on the mountains today :skier:
Jan 10.mp3 - had lots of fun with this one since I’m now getting the hang of the esoteric Nanoloop interface

For the 10th, a collab with Quyl.
Guitar through Mercury X and Chroma Console was the launching point for this one.

Hi guys. Struggled with the brief on this on so here is something (heavy) at 138BPM. Made this with Ableton. Samples from the musical legends Ben Levin and Angel Marcloid.
