Didn’t really follow the prompt today because I really wanted to use my Uke and Amajor is tough to play on it. So here’s something a little different: Jan 8.mp3
I learned how to use the Deluge as a looper! This is a quick jam just adding some layers to a bass/drums foundation. I’m excited because it opens many possibilities. ![]()
@dreamindani I changed the settings so now you can upload mp3 directly here, if you want.
Used the prompt! This is another old idea that I found in Logic Pro and took a fresh pass at. Beats and guitar riff by Tim Apple, rest by me.
Made with OPXY, OP1 (drums), Plaits (lead), and Ona (bass) OXI One brains, OXI meta and erica synths FX.
Practiced a transition technique at the end setting up the lead voice into a gated drone…but instead of transitioning to a new jam, i went back and forth (chaotic!).
Just the Torso S-4. Looking forward to the weekend and catching up on everyone’s posts.
Day 8 jam, finished just before midnight my time…whew! This piece came out sounding similar to music by Vangelis in the Blade Runner film. I used some outboard gear this time: the Soma Terra for the lead synth melody, Soma Lyra-8 for chords and samples recorded with the Fieldtone Weaver. The beat was done in Logic, fading in and out with the help of Baby Audio’s Transit 2 vst, was done in Logic. Outboard gear recorded into Logic via Focusrite Scarlett 8i6 audio interface. Final mix done in the DAW.
Prompts used:
Mood: Chaotic · BPM: 128 · Key: A Major · Color: Rust
Phrase: “Watching city lights from an airplane”.
Composed and recorded in Logic Pro.

A bit late with this one. It was made on a plane yesterday night, which fits the theme perfectly ![]()
Late entry
Great stuff on the go (or at least in the car).
Circuit Rhythm is very cool.
This is a great find, loopers are very cool…
Interesting loops, the multilayer guitars sound good.
Lovely spacey track Dani with very cool reverb…
I like the crescendos.
